Black Mountain Water Park in Hua Hin is open for visitors a few years now; it’s was one of the most innovative, equipped water parks in Thailand. On the site, you’ll find 9 water slides, a cable-skiing lake, a wave pool that produces 1.2-meter-high waves, a designated infants’ pool and playground, an inflatable tubes route (Lazy River) and more.
The park is located some 10 km from the center of Hua Hin resort town, and you can get there by taxi (some 400 baht per direction). At the time, when I tried to seek a shuttle from the town center – I couldn’t find one, but you should check before you get there.
Opening Hours – every day from 10 AM to 5 PM
Admission Fee – 450 baht for adult entrance and 225 baht for every child
An important note and update:
This water park was the first one to open in the area, but since then, 2 new, more innovative water parks have opened; the Vana Nava Jungle Water Park and Santorini Water Fantasy are now available, better than Black Mountain Water Park, and I recommend visiting one of them.
